Hive Coaching is a science-based Wellbeing hub that was initially founded in 2015. Our aim is to elevate people’s awareness of wellbeing, through introducing best practices that will reinforce their mental and psychological wellness, in pursuit of sustainable development for their overall quality of life.

We at Hive believe in Human Excellence, We focus on human’s Wellbeing and also Well-doing, thus we qualify students with the key elements of achieving a balanced, productive and even fourishing way of living.

B+ is a holistic positive psychology-based solution that will help youth learn how to capture positive emotions, identify their strengths, values and life goals, as well as building agility and growth mindset to get the best out of their life experiences.

Through this program youth will be able to apply the innovation principles of “Design Thinking” to sort out problems and options in order to make wiser choices, and to get out of being stuck into being resourceful and action takers. They will also learn how to practice living a more fulfilling life where they can use negative situations to their advantage.

This program will enable youth identify their strengths and use them to find and enjoy what they are naturally good at. They will apply strength-based practices that are backed up by science to discover how to develop and optimize their strengths and put them into action during pursuing their life goals, as well as exploring gateways to psychological wellbeing.

This program will help youth discover the pillars of internal psychological strength to adapt better during or after difficult situations. They will ‘bounce back’ from everyday challenges like arguments with friends, disappointing test results or a loss in sports competition, and will acquire the resilience needed to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Through this program young adults will learn about “Mindfulness” and how to use it in order to have active focus and cultivate higher self-awareness. They will practice how to enhance their “respond rather than react” approach to different life experiences, and build mindful rituals in their daily activities to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
